I need to know the color settings to run the sims 2 (not just 16 bit, I already know that. I want to know the specifics) for ex: 800 by 600(16 bit) 60 hertz......

800 by 600(16 bit) 60 hertz......

800 by 600= 800 pixels wide by 600 pixels high

(16 bit)=amount of memory used per pixel for color (the higher the number the truer the color)

60 hertz = monitor refresh rate ...how many times the screen is redrawn per second (60 times per second)

WARNING: Setting the refresh rate too high can permanently damage your monitor just because your video card supports 200 hertz doesn't mean your monitor can.

It should tell you that on the back of the game box. you might also be able to change those settings in the game to whatever you like.

Well u might have to get an Easton Havoc baseball bat and firmly tap the monitor witht said baseball bat.

your game should have that built in .make sure you have any up dates it may need .and be sure your computer will alow it to run.
