I found a great deal of inspiration from the very simple person of Dr. George Washington Carver, whom I read about as a boy. I was also pleased to know Albert Scweitzer, Adlai Stevenson, Everett Dirksen. John and Bobbie Kennedy, Dr. Martin Luther King, Archbishop Michael Arthur Ramsey, and Archbishop Ted Scott . I greatly admired Pope John XXIII and the late Pope John Paul II as well as Athenagoras, the Ecumenical Patriarch (the Church is poorer without them) and that salty old dame Mother Teresa of Calcutta, she had a way of cutting through the BS and getting to the heart of matters which is about caring. HRM Queen Elizabeth II is one of the foremost leaders in the world because she listens (Did you know she never yawns in public?) something I think she learned from her darling mother the Queen Mum. She's head of more countries n the world, and not just because she inherited it.

Inspiration comes from gratitude of others.
I am often inspired to be a better woman by my peers, a better mother by my children and wife from my husband.
I am always inspired to be a better minister by the "spirit" of God and the joy that sharing that with others will bring them hope and their own inspiration.

Gerard Way - Isn't afraid to speak out and be heard..Very accepting of all kinds of people...Fights against injustice not by violence but with words, beautiful lyrics and truly inspirational interviews. God bless him! xx
My Sister - She has worked hard, got good grades, found her soul mate, doesn't drink, doesn't smoke, doesn't go clubbing, doesn't swear, doesn't use slang, and she is just a great person.
I want to be like her.
I have a few other inspirations, but I'd be here forever...And I don't want to bore you!
Take Care
Best Wishes

My father worked him self so hard for us he used to work on the road works and was sometimes away weeks at a time working always made sure we had the things we needed and taught us to live with what we needed not always what we wanted. He has now had to leave his job due to angina and his kidneys packing up and practically crippled some days with arthritis. He still thinks it was worth it after all his ailments I wish i grow to be half the man he is. I remember he used to take us on holiday once a year to a place called flamingo land in Yorkshire for a week he used to sometimes work the night before we went so that he had the money to treat us.

For me it's more of a " what " rather than a " who ". I have no specific person that I can think of who is my inspiration.
What inspires me is the voice of inner strength that encourages me..." You are bright...you are fine...you've seen the Light...reach out more and step into the life of that Light. " I'm inspired to bring out the best in me...I'm already that person...that person is just not fully released as yet.
Thinking about it now...I guess the " who " of that inspiration is " God " the One and Spiritual Beings that breath that voice to my soul...inspiring and encouraging me.

One of my biggest inspirations is Charles Dickens. He had such a wonderful style, and such delightful and moving stories to tell. I want my own style of writing, but I use his writings for something to back mine against, and say "How can I improve this?"
The word "inspiration" actually means "God-breathed" if I remember right, so what I mentioned above isn't exactly inspiration, but I think most people use it the way I did.:-)
P.S. My family used to have a cat named Bete Noir, but we just called her Bete. ^^

My parents inspired me and the way i lead my life today. They are both hard working and have achieved all they wanted in life by working hard together. I love that kind of stability

I've studied a lot of inspirational figure through history. My list would be long but number one (aside from Jesus of Nazareth) is :
Abraham Lincoln.
