Three or four weeks ago my wife and I ordered a MEDIUM pizza from Papa Johns. When it arrived I measured the diameter at 14 inches. The following weekend my son, his wife and his two kids were here so we ordered a LARGE pizza. Again it was 14 inches in diameter. Last night we ordered a LARGE pizza and the neighbor across the street ordered a MIDIUM. Guess what BOTH 14 inch diameter!! What gives with that?

Welcome to the modern world of scamming. I've been cheated numerous times by Burger King/McDonald's. Some of the restaurants don't fill the fry container more than half way, even if you order a large or "King size". Another thing some fast food restaurants do is fill your cup over halfway with ice, so it only appears you are getting a decent amount of a beverage. Everywhere you go you are being ripped off.

I hate to break it to you, but you don't understand the rules. Papa Johns knows that people would do this and try to weasel their way into a free pizza, so instead of giving the public the chance to do that, the contest will give everyone who is a member a free pizza and pepsi max IF AND ONLY IF the majority of the public is correct with the call. In other words, if most of the people who participate choose heads that will be "America's Vote." So the call on the field has to be heads and EVERY MEMBER gets a free pizza and drink, it won't matter if you voted tails as long as the majority of the people chose heads.

Papa Johns Medium

Very clever of you to measure! My first assumption was that perhaps your first pizza (the medium) was a large and maybe you got extra pizza for free. But that makes no sense considering your pizza last night was the same size as your neighbor's medium pizza. According to calorieking.com, the medium is 12 inches, the large 14 inches. You should call your local store and ask the sizes, in inches. Then you'll know if you got jipped or if they made an error in your favor the first time, and an error in your neighbor's favor the second time.

That is an excellent observation and should be brought up to the Papa Johns corporate HQ, start at the top for answers, not your local vendor.

I guess they subscribe to "One size fits All". I hope by now
you have talked to them about this. I know one thing, I would
not still be buying pizza from them.
