WHAT is "MSB" What is the BILL for ?
Have you contacted them to ask them ?
Is it a pop up appears ? If so try the spyware cure listed below.
MORE info needed to try to advise better

I'd reccomend these 2, run each in turn
ADAWARE fro www.lavasoftusa.com (Free personal version)
also SPYBOT S&D from www.spybot.org (Again free for home use)

Also worth having in toolbox is CCLEANER from www.ccleaner.com again a free download, and a good general windows tidyup utility.

Is it Micro Billing Systems (MBS) that is attempting to bill you?

MBS is a scam and it seems to be a UK only type thing. Here in the US, we have a similar scam called Moviepass :-(

It is actually spyware installed without your consent on your computer.

Prevx1 has been reported to remove MBS and the files that cause it (mbsmon32.exe): http://spywarefiles.prevx.com/RRHGDH22653626/mbsmon32.html

Prevx1 offers a free trial removal:

Good luck.

This subject has been covered many times before.

Check Yahoo 'discover' or do a Google search for Micro Billing Systems to find out how to get rid of it.
