Don't think so. It would make them very expensive. They are some form of alloy to combine strength with lightness.

No, stainless is much too expensive and brittle. Most are galvanised steel, that's welded steel pipe coated with zinc to stop it rusting, others are made from aluminium.

No. Most are steel with a galvanized coating to prevent rusting. Others I have seen are aluminum or a mixture of aluminum and other metal for strength and rust resistance.
