I work shifts as a security guard working 12 hours per shift 6 days a week then 3 days off. I dont have a break at all during each shift but what is, if there is any for me as i also work alone.

well figure 8 hours is two fifteen mintute breaks and a half hour lunch i worked 12 i would take hour lunch to fifteen minute breaks

it finally ends up being a wreck approximately each 2 hours in an 8 hour shift. 2 10 minute breaks, paid and a nil.5 an hour lunch off the clock. it is in CA so i'm unsure if that still aplies to the place you're.

Legally speaking, it does not matter that you are alone on your shirt. You are entitled to 10 minutes every 2 hours.
