well i've heard a lot of people saying that when buying a secound hand guitar be aware of warped neck...or something..wht is it anyway..aynone please

It means the neck is curved or twisted. Look down the neck from the headstock or the bridge with the frets up. If it is warped, you will see it. You can also check the tuning at the 12th fret. If it doesn't match the open tuning, the intonation is out. That is also a sign of a warped neck, especially on an acoustic guitar.

It means that the neck of the guitar is no longer straight and it will not play correctly. You can not fret the strings the way you need to. If you play at all, you should be able to tell.
