your body is dull in the morning and more acute to feeling on the skin during the day, you have adjusted and your core temp is a little higher in movements. SO when you take your shower during the day a slight breeze or diff in temps will make the skin feel cold.

Because that Hot Shower warmed up your body and now the air temp around you is cooler than you are. And yes, it happens to me also.

Because your spores are open and technically the air temp is much colder than your body temp all the time. So the cold air gets into those open pores and make you cold.

It happens to me too. That's why i always like to shower late in the evening, when i can cuddle up in bed afterwards!

try taking your clothes off in the shower, get dry then re-dress failing that come here and l'll warm you up lol
