Some low land areas including parts of London could be under sea water with a moderate increase in the sea level but not the entire island.

Here is an interesting website using Google maps. You input the rise in sea level and it will show you which areas would be below sea level.

No. The predicted change is about 1 foot (.3 meter) increase in sea level over 400 or 500 years if the trend continues.

Not likely. The British Isles have mountain ranges in the north and west that are high enough to not be covered. Rises in sea level that would cover the isles and inundate all of Europe is just a cinematic fantasy.
