There is a presumption in English law that a child born to parents who are married is legitimate. The presumption of legitimacy may be rebutted by evidence showing non-access on the part of the husband, or any other circumstance showing that the husband could not in the course of nature have been the father of his wife's child, but who's going to take it upon himself to do that?

I think Prince Harry, should he ever be called upon to be king of that pitable place (a positiion I hope will soon be abolished), must take a DNA test, as he looks far more like his mum's lover than his mum or the hideous Prince of Wales.
