Does the universe go on for ever? Id say yes it does according to the laws of physics that we know today...
Why are we here? Only the whole group of WE could ever answer that question and I dont know how you would go about asking a group a question and get only one answer but perhaps it can be done. As for why a person is here... Well thats really up to that soul.
What is time, how did it start, what was before it?
Time is a symble we use to define change altho much like a fractal you can zoom in or out on time infinitivly. In other words its a yard stick with an approchingly infinite number of divisions in it.
Whos to say that time started? IT could be possible that time was always around existing even in the void but it did not have meaning in the eyes of others untill something else existed.
Whos to say something came before time? Time is probably the first symble ever to exist and all other symbles are representive of the first. Time and Love are what bind us together imo.

I totally understand where u r coming from, I used 2 b exactly the same way until finally looking for answers & searching i found the answers when I read books by Sylvia Browne; espcially Life onthe otherSide..although the book is more about what happens when we die & before we are born, her books shed a lot of light on such topics & you'll start to get a feel & find answers about the the universe...
But it especially made it much much more clearer for me about why we are here...she explains that we are mainly here to over come the negativity, learn & evolve; she also ecplains that we each have life thmese..that is certain lessons we chose to learn on earth..I highly recommned her books & advise you to read them..
also, for example she says that on the other side or "Home", there's no concept of time, which is diificult for us to understand on earthly realm...
l hope this is of some help

You are NOT a finite creature in a body that is born only to die in an earthbound limited experience defined since birth. Awareness of being separate from your learned fear-based ego/identity will allow you to stop fearing the infinite potential of creation. You are here to participate in it. Time is perceptual - NOW is the only aspect of time eternally with us. Egos never experience the now because they are a defensive survival system always fearing the future will repeat past pains.
It is difficult to overcome the ego's brainwashing and remember what you love - its the only reason you came to inhabit this body. We are a part of that infinite universe of change and causaltiy that has always been. We are not confined by this body level experience. BUT, anything is possible if we remember our bliss and follow it while we are here.

That's a good question.
When you study the human being that we are, we learn we have these amazing qualities of perception and ability to sense infinity yet we do not have the ability to grasp what is infinit.... because we are limited (yet not I know). Like pouring an ocean into a tea cup, it can only hold it in small portions. So, we open ourselves to see as much of the infinit ocan as we can. We strive to flow with it and suddenly realise we are already part of it! WOW!
That however does not mean that tea time cannot become a ritual practice worthy of our time and contemplation.
Peace and love!

Yes, the universe is bigger than our human intellect. One day we might understand some of those questions but there will most likely always be mysteries that we don't fully comprehend.
Its our ego that drives us to expect that everything is explainable in concrete terms. If we subdue our ego then we can easily live without feeling like we have to know everything and explain everything.

The reason you cannot think of eternity without being confused is because you're a human being living in a finite body in finite time. Humans cannot conceive of 'forever', therefore they invent a 'creator' (God) to make things less confusing and frightening.

If it doesn't confuse you there would be something wrong. Unfortunately we are not as evolved as we think we are. Try meditating. It will help with some of the things we are confused about.

The law of Quantum Physics is: we are all and nothing. When we get to that point, we become zero point, which is where we should be, when we become balanced.
All + Nothing = Zero Point
