I assume you are talking about fiberglass insulation, best thing is prevention but we will get into that later. Rinse it off with cold water, do not scrub as the fibers will work themselves into your skin, and not hot water because it opens you pores. Net time wear a long sleeve shirt and gloves, or get one of thoses tyvak coverals.

If your wearing all long sleeve clothing and a mask, then when you finish, wash the clothing in cold water, and take a shower and, rinse with cold water or cool.
I worked with fiberglass for many years. I don't know why but, this is what we did, all of us. It seems to work, the cool or cold water. I think the cool shower closes the skin pores.
By the way, after thirteen years I have both emphysema and asbestosis, I also worked in asbestos for years and they didn't furnish the safety equipment you have now, they ignored our pleas, the was Wyerhouser products.

I assume you have worn long sleeves but still have some problems. Shower or wash with cold water. Hot/warm water will open up your pores and allow the glass particles to get into them.

Just wait it out.....the skin will usually get rid of it itself. Also try an anti-itch cream.
