i'm with my husban and i have two kids but since things are not going to well right now with him i think i feel something for my ex again what should i do

You're married with kids and shy of abusive situations divorce shouldn't be an option. As for your ex, so he now knows where you work, good for him.
You can be polite with your ex, but you should let him know you're married and be sure that he is clear that you aren't interested in rekindling anything romantic with him.
Figure out some things that mean something to you and your husband and try to even take a day for just you two to remind you why you fell for him and wanted to marry him to begin with. Work on your marriage first, and don't make time for tempting situations if your marriage broke up because of that you, your husband and your kids would suffer.

this should not even be a question. DO NOT have an affair, and work things out with your husband.
People these days are always thinking more about themselves then about their own children. Kids are forced to pay the price when their parents want to jack around. How dare you even consider it.

you should try and work on your marriage. you both need to have a good talk and figure out what it wrong. you have 2 children, so dont be in such a hurry to start up with someone else. the grass isn't always greener on the other side, and it will only make your marriage worse.

It's ok to feel these things but you must cast them asside for your marriage. If you feel you might do something look back to your husband and try to figure out for yourself why you would want to, what's missing? What can you do to make things better at home so you don't experience these desires.

If you are sure it's over with you and your husband, then you need to get a divorce before you proceed with anything with anyone else. Just remember why your first husband is now an "ex-husband".
