Even if this did show up there is no need to mention it on any form as it is no longer relevant. It would be a misdemeanor and not a 'crime'. I would very much doubt that any record has been kept of that sort of offence for so long. After 7 years for minor offences there is a lawful expemption from including them on any job application etc. Don't worry. I

In most criminal record checks, they only go back 7 years, 10 at most. anything that happened 34 years ago, save possibly murder will not show up.

It's over the 25 years as defined in the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act so you can legitimately say you haven't any offences unless you are going for a job that is exempt from the act.

Look up your criminal record on the internet...that is part of public documents so you are able to view that at no charge...

depends on what the judgement was.

Also, most criminal background checks for employment, etc only go back 10 yrs.
