Could Jet Fuel Do Something To A Pool's PH Or Chlorine Levels?

It might and it might not. It depends on the complete exposure your pool gets and the amount of pollutants it receives. To be sure take a sample of the water (about a pint) down to your local pool store and have them run a full spectrum analysis on it. Make sure they test for:
Total chlorine
Free chlorine
Combined chlorine
pH
Alkalinity
Hardness
Cyanuric acid
Total dissolved solids
Metals
Phosphates

These readings will give you a spot on idea of your waters health. If you have increased TDS, metals, or phosphate then this is probably coming from the exhaust but they can come from various other sources as well.

Jet fuel is an oil. There could be residue falling into the pool from the planes. Could "lock-in" chlorine since it would cover the waters surface. Not sure about the PH levels. You would need to use a test kit to know.
