Preach it sister!
I'm with you. The abortionists seem to favor terrorists lives over that of innocent American babies.

I believe that abortion is wrong!!!! I am sypathetic for rape victims, but there are other options if you don't want a rapist's child... there is adoption....just because it is enconvenient for them and pain full to carry that child, it is still part of them.... I am finding it hard for my husband and myself to have a child, and there are billions of women aborting kids every year! How horrible is that.
I think your right.... If someone kills there own kid, how do they have the right to complain about the war in Iraq? Don't get me wrong im not all for the war, but if you made the choice to kill your own child don't argue that the people getting killed over there is wrong.... The woman killed an innocent child, the military new when they signed up there was a chance of going over there, and when they signed those papers they new right then that they chose to die for there country... These aborted babies didn't chose to die, they were murdered.

Does God know you're bucking to take His place? There is NO comparison to a woman getting an abortion, and opposing the war in Iraq! You have a real problem about the abortion laws! If these laws did not exist, women would be back in the hands 9od butchers because of an unwanted pregnancy! I don't believe in abortion either! But on the other hand, I would rather they have a safe place to go for the abortion than going to a dark back alley to an abandoned or unclean building to end her pregnancy!
you need to get a grip, or better yet, get counseling!!!!! Soon!

I oppose abortion as a birth control option, but I can't put too much stock in your so-called research. Where do you get this 80% of women abort their child crap?
As for your belief that a woman who has had a legal abortion somehow forfeits her right to free speech on an unrelated issue, may I ask you what you think we are fighting for in Iraq? Do we stand for freedom of speech and individual rights or did we just decide that Hussein was "ignorant" and choose to silence him?

Nice rant, you'll hate to hear I'm pro choice. I must, however, agree with you that abortion is used primarily for "selfish" reasons. Abortion is a debate that will never end.
As far as protesters over Iraq, I don't know what to tell you, you do have a valid point.
What do you think about the pro life people who have shot and killed Doctors who work in abortion clinics? Isn't that a little hypocritical?

Regardless of what you believe and/or say, Abortion is LEGAL, it is the woman's legal right because it IS in fact, her body, it is inside her body and nobody has the right to tell women what they can and cannot do.
I don't care if that's not what you want to hear, because these are the FACTS. Nobody is forcing women to have abortions, but the choice is there for those that choose.
Birth control is never 100%, abstaining from sex if one does not want a child is a useless and pathetic argument, not to mention unrealistic. And it's not only teenagers and single, permiscuous women having abortions either.
Roe Vs. Wade will most likely NEVER be overturned but even if that unlikeliness were to occur, there are currently 7 U.S. states that will protect women's abortion rights regardless of what the Supreme Court rules. And it's certain that more states will follow.
You need to stop trying to tell women what they can or cannot do with their own bodies and focus on helping the children already existing here that are orphans!
Are you doing anything to help those children? That were brought into this world and end up in foster homes? There's already millions of children right now waiting to be adopted. Not every baby that's brought into this world is automatically guaranteed to get adopted, otherwise there wouldn't already be as many that exist right now. If you really cared about babies and children as you claim, do something to help those in foster care in desperate need of a stable family. You'd rather just attempt to control women who are pregnant because you happen to oppose abortion. There's a distinction b/w opposing abortion as a personal choice and opposing it for others. You cannot force your beliefs on another.
Why not use your time and energy for something more worthwhile. You Pro Lifers are so quick to tell women to either continue with their pregnancies to either keep or put the kid up for adoption, yet nobody stays around to help them afterwards!? Why so quick to attempt at controlling them but don't stay around to help them out? It was your bright idea for them to continue with the pregnancy in the first place, when you absolutely knew nothing about their life or situation?
What if it were mandatory for every women to have tubal ligation?Or had to have 12 children, no less? Just a couple of examples where YOU would be forced to have things done to YOUR body or forced to make choices, whether you agreed with them or not . I wonder if you'd just accept these laws and not fight it?
Allow the government to tell you what to do with YOUR body.
If you don't like it, imagine how women who seek abortions would geel if abortion were to become illegal( FYI-that'll never happen....)
Wanting to take the rights away from women IS ignorance.

For pretty much the same reason that those who are against abortion are so often for the death penalty. The DESERVING die and the undeserving are spared. The difference comes in whether you term an embryo as a person or just as a collection of human cells, and therefore whether it is the removal of said collection (in much the same way as a tumour is removed) or whether it is murder of a person.

I agree with you 100% on this. Furthermore, ALL the troops killed in Iraq volunteered to serve in the military. Those aborted babies HAVE NO CHOICE!
When anti-war protestors support abortion, and yet they are against grown men and women making the choice to serve our great country in the military, it seems a bit hyprocritical.

because one is murder and one is not...duh
**edit** thanks for your e-mail, not very enlightening, but thanks anyhow.
What I mean by "one is murder and one is not" is that:
1. the war in iraq is by all means an unconstitutional full on war, which congress never voted on or sanctioned, which is required by the constitution (read it some time)
2. Until the us supreme court tells us other wise, abortion is legal
therefore...killing in an unconstitutional war is murder, and the abortion of a fetus is legal, and therefore, not murder.
By the way...on the topic of murder as a consequence of the war...I think the Bush Admin. should not only be held accountable for the killing of iraqi men, women, and yes, children; but for the 3,300+ live of american soldiers that they are responsible for murdering.
Do you support the killing of iraqi children, but not unborn fetus' in america?? Sounds like that is what you are saying.
You got a logical counter argument? Give it your best shot...but please, no ad hominem arguments, they help no one.

Three things:
I have never had an abortion
I am a mother of three and very fond of fetuses
I am pro-choice.
It is simply not my place to judge. My grandmother's sister DIED from an illegal abortion. Don't want one? Don't have one. But keep the arrogance to yourself. A miscarriage (or the medical equivalent) is not the same as the death of an actual child. It is sad - but it is not murder.
