Man can be destroyed but cannot be defeated, why ?

History of the world has proved that human beings were destroyed along with civilization and cultural but not defeated. Lie on the earth still contiue and exist.

Man can never be destroyed nor defeated. Civilizations end and cultures vanish because they are, like anything else, complex systems of uniquely human adaptation that collapse because the development in that particular direction isn't sustainable anymore (due to various economic or social reasons) - just think about the direction we're heading right now and the sustainability of the of way of life in the developed world!

So civilizations can disappear, people diminish in numbers or migrate, cultures have cycles of ascent and decline - human adaptation to the environment changes in cycles because the environment (the natural, the social, or both) itself changes.

Despite all the warfare and genocide through history, humans were pretty much incapable of destroying themselves completely, as in wiping out the last human on the face of the planet.....
..... up until now? I doubt we're capable of it even today, despite all the cataclysmic predictions. Humans are survivors.

Wow. That's a really deep question! I would have to say that Man can be defeated. By being destroyed he is defeated. But being in spirit, they can't be destroyed. It's both ways physically and spiritually.That is a really good question, and I could go on for hours to talk about it.
