there is a common misconception that the Hyman is a "flap of skin sealing the opening" that is not true. The Hyman is tissue that is around the cervix... like a lining in a straw. Women that have 8 children still have parts and bits of their Hyman.
If the Hyman sealed the opening, how would blood get out? When sperm meets egg and cellular division starts.. that is pregnancy, the Hyman will not prevent it.

Yes if there is sperm inside her.
Think about it, the hymen has nothing to do with it, it's just about the sperm meeting the egg, so if the girl is fertile and sperm gets inside her somehow (for example artificially or by a guy with a tiny thing) then yeah it's possible.

As long as the sperm can reach the egg, she can get pregnant. The hymen doesn't block sperm.
