As a big Sting fan, I would say my favourite Sting album is "Nothing like the Sun"
I think it is his most consistent in terms of quality. I don't think there is a duff track on the album. " Fragile" is probably his best solo song.

IMHO generally steer clear of his solo stuff
The Police albums are true classics ... His solo stuff - mainly an indulgence
However If you have all the Police albums and looking for somewhere to start Id recommend listening to Nothing Like the Sun
