Yes, the final, goodbye episode of The Price is Right aired last night at 8 PM EST. The producers of the show have been auditioning potential replacements since early this year and have either not found or not announced the new host. Barker has said in an interview, perhaps jokingly, that he would come back if they could not find a new host in time for however long it took them to find a new host.

So they say! I believe he is 83! The sad thing is that I remember the Price is Right even before he was the emcee! And watching the show in black and white! Geez, I am old!

so far! I heard him saying that if cbs didnt find anyone to replace him he'd be glad to come back until they found somebody to replace him. He also said that he's lobbying for Rosie O'donell to be picked to replace him, that they are dear friends.
