looking at the flywheel i can't see or feel any rubbing or grinding,.when in park the car can be rolled as if it were in nuetral

The noise you hear maybe the PARK Pin. Check the cable adjustment.
1. Apply the Parking Brake
2. Place the shifter in PARK.
3. Loosen the cable @ the transmission.
4. Click the lever on the trans. until the detent clicks into PARK.
5. Release the brake & slightly rock the vehicle to ensure it's engaged in PARK
6. Tighten cable
If problem persists then there may be an alignment problem, in which case the trans. will have to be removed.

Did you go to a place that was cheep because they might have used low quality parts that are not cut right
