he asked me if I had been drinking & of course I said yes. I had some water earlier because, well, it's frickin hot here. He thought I meant alcohol (well shouldn't he have been specific?), so I spent the night in the slammer. NOW I want a drink, yes?

I think it was the "your mama is so fat jokes" you were telling him as he tried to get you to do field sobriety tests that cooked your goose. Either that or the comments you were making about how he really looked like a fake cop off of Benny Hill."

ok, you provide a protracted narrative with out pointing out even one particular approximately why you have been 'pulled over', nor approximately what develop into asked, what you or your chum stated, etc. so there quite isn't quite some an answer to offer you. quite, we are able to basically speculate approximately issues like alcohol, erratic or risky using, drugs, or something that could have given the police reason to drag you over. and via extension, there is not any threat of determining whether finding your vehicle develop into legally available for them to do, etc. what i'm able to allow you be attentive to is that factors commencing from the excuses for the top, the observations of the police whilst they observed and spoke with you, your reactions the two energetic and passive, and issues like window tint might have stimulated the strikes of the police. in case you may provide some advice, this is extra probable which you will get some responses which may be useful right here.

I used to drive this Red Pimpmobile with a bumper sticker saying Big Pimping. Funny, I used to get pulled over all the freaking time. Now that I drive a nice white mini van loaded with children, I don't ever get pulled over anymore. hmmmm lol
By the way, it is hot here too and I always drink and drive, I either have sweet ice tea or ice water in hand at all times.
