Silk ties have to be dry cleaned, but since everything you mention seems to be a synthetic fiber, I would imagine you can just wash it at home.
I would not just toss it in the washing machine. Run a sink full of tepid water, and add a little dish detergent (and I do mean very little, like one drop). Let your tie soak in that. After it has soaked a little bit, try rubbing at the coffee stain with your finger. If necessary, you can get some of the suds from the water, and use that to work on the stain. Keep rubbing at it until you get the coffee stain out. (It may take several soakings with detergent to get it done.) Once it's clean, rinse it carefully in clear running water until all the soap is removed. Squeeze the tie gently, but don't twist it. Once all the soapy water is rinsed out, and the run off water is completely clear, simply lay it down in a bath towel (you can have the tie folded in half for this part), and then fold the towel over, and then roll it into a tight little roll and put a lot of pressure on it. That will help remove as much of the water as possible without twisting the tie or moving it out of shape. After getting out as much water as possible, simply hang dry.
I know it sounds like a hassle. The reality is that a lot of ties are cut funny, and if you aren't careful when washing them, it twists the fabric and makes the tie go all out of shape in such a bad way you cannot even iron it out properly. It's easier to just do it by hand.
Also, since you have to wear ties, I highly suggest you go to a place like Target or K-mart and buy some spray on Scotchguard for clothing. Follow the directions carefully, and use it to treat your neckties. That will help them release stains more readily in the future.
Happy washing!

Use a shout wipe to clean up coffee stain unless it is covered. Send to dry cleaners unless you want it to look like a bandana after the washing machine get done with it.

Take it to the cleaners and let them get out the stain. Probably will only cost only for the cleaning.

Nope, use one of those stain sticks, like tide, that has a oxygen based cleaner.

Yep - simple as that. Not in a hot wash and careful when ironing it.
