What about the destruction of organisms and the environment?
Technology has allowed us to travel to more places - so that we can wreck them. Think about it. Cars posed the need for roads, which destroy habitats by paving over them and breaking them up. This prevents the animals from breeding, since they'll get run over if they try to cross the road and find a mate - oops, extinction or inbreeding, which will lead to extinction. Or boats: they cause excessive pollution of the oceans and kill animals and plants by running into them (whales, dolphins, seals, tons of fish, coral reefs, kelp forests).
Technology also demands the use of fossil fuels, leading to air pollution and increased temperatures. We need to be able to manufacture goods and luxuries, which means huge factories are pumping out tons of pollution daily. This can lead to warmer temperatures and fewer animals. Here's how it works: when temps increase, animals must migrate in order to find an environment with a suitable temp. That leaves areas with no animals (the areas that are too hot) and areas with too many animals. So, you get competition - meaning some animals have to die out.
Technology, right now, is only helping humans, sort of - except for the whole pollution thing, and depression resulting from urban-itis. We're destroying everything around us. No one tends to think of that because we're a selfish species.

You mean it didn't kick up all the other horrors technology has inflicted on us like clean water, medicine, longer & healthier lives, cures for malaria & diptheria, better communication, higher standards of education around the world, faster & easier transportation, better distribution networks for food and for natural resources & power...
What harmful effects from screens and antennas? There is NO evidence of any such harm! In fact if you made all "technology" vanish instantly, you would still be being bombarded with radiation from all over the universe.
Your premise that technology is "harmful" is flawed. It is a net benefit.

I guess it depends on what kind of technology, you know? Like the invention of the automobile was a great technilogical advancement.... and harmful effects from that is pollution, getting run over by one, etc....

I know that energy waves from technological devices are supposed to be bad for your body. Everything from TV's to microwaves send waves through the air and they affect the nervous system of your body. I am not exactly sure what levels are dangerous, but I have heard that the waves can damage cellular organization and function.

If you include cars and guns as modern technology, the harmful effects tend to add up.
