see chemistry is part of science thus science came first and then technology because science means to collect information and knowlegde and technology is to prove the information.
for eg- scientists experimented thatmagnet attract metal and now magnets are used in various machnes for various application like in lifting of vehicle(electromagnet)

science-people studied things they could see without technology then technology came tto study things better follwed by chemisty to break it down and study further.

depends wat u mean by tencnology, i mena tech can be anything!! a bike? a knife?? ...but generally tecnology would have came frist, ie stone age made tools first..
