This is a West Visayas delicacy. It is a thin flat round bread with a brown sugary sticky filling - i'm not sure if it's caramelized and hardened brown sugar. Sometimes it comes in Ube flavor as well.
One of the best pasalubongs from Iloilo and Bacolod apart from biscocho (long toasted bread with sugar-milk topping) and pinasugbo (thick banana chips with coated caramelized sugar and sesame seeds)
