my computer folder not working?

whenever i access the folder 'My Computer' , a torch start searches and does not show its content

The torch (Flashlight) icon means Windows can't find the folder.

Did you move it elsewhere or delete it recently? If so, try System Restore in All Programs > Accessories > System Tools.

Restore to a date BEFORE this started happening.

If this doesn't help, you may have no choice but to re-install Windows. I hope you did Back Ups.
