i never used them because these are windows applications and i have a mac, but im sure they work

On Windows, download and use a free tool call vPod. It treats an iPod like just another hard disk or partition or like a USB drive from where you can read, write data/files.
Or try Tansee iPod Transfer Photo, though it's not free.

The only program that I know is tansee ! You can find it here: http://www.tansee.com/

It's free to try however they do charge $19.99 for the full version !

I'm sure the free trial is a limited edition so try it if you choose ! Tansee is the only program that I know of but maybe you can do a google search and find a free one !
