If it's water...water weighs 8.34 pounds per gallon. So multiple 45 x 8.34
If you're talking about another substance, you'd have to find the weight of 1 gallon. There's a couple of ways of doing that..you can use a 1 gallon container, weigh it, add the substance and weigh it again. The difference between the filled container and the empty container is the weight of the stuff in the container.
Or you can "google" and see if it's already on the web somewhere. Then you just do the math.

It depends on the composition of the substance. For example: 45 gallons of water would weigh differently than 45 gallons of lead.

I seem to recall that a gallon of water weighs 10lb, so 45 gallons of water will weight 450lb
14 lbs = 1stone
2 st = 1 quarter
4 quarters = 1 cwt (hudredweight)
20 cwt = 1 ton
If you are asking about 45 gallons of mercury, that's altogether different.

Depends on what you're measuring.
Water weighs about 8.33 pounds per gallon, so you'd be about 375 pounds. Carbon tetrachloride is about 58% heavier, so you'd be at about 592 pounds. Grain alcohol is about 21% lighter than water, so it would weigh 296 pounds.
If you had 45 gallons of mercury, it'd weigh 5098 pounds, and if you had 45 gallons of ordinary flour, it should weigh about 222 pounds.

45 gallons is a measure of volume, not weight.

To many variables. What is the fluid and are we talking about Imperial or US gallons? If it's water, and Imperial gallons, then a gallon of water is approx 10lb (pounds). So it would weigh about 450lb.
