What is the latest graphic card by AMD?

If somebody doesn't know, ATI was bought by AMD.

AMD and ATI have joined forces.
They plan on releasing a CPU/VPU combo to eliminate the need to have a seperate graphics processor.

The ATI HD 2900 series are the latest ones out. They are still calling them ATI by the way, even though AMD owns them now.
