I guess it must have been a turn on to have sex in a no gravity zone, but then again i think you'll have to have a fairly high degree of substance to ones nature, we should enjoy life 90% and sex about 10% or less of that time, any more becomes unhealthy because you will not even get into space for a start, you'll need dedicated teams of people to handle all the knowledge and handling of space machines. Sosciety is to filled with sex, we are over sexed, from every angle, TV and Print media and advertisements, this is not healthy.

Interesting question...

But seriously... If you studied for many years in school, worked your tail off to even be considered to be an astronaut, then actually were among the few chose to travel into space, do you actually think you would have sex on your mind?

I think you would be so excited about the wonderful opportunity, and all of the research you would not have time to be bothered with thoughts of sex...

But then again, I'm not an astronaut.

zero gravity causes an odd distribution of blood in the human body. We are designed to resist earth's gravity standing upright. Now being in space causes a constant feeling of 'motion sickness' and feeling like laying in bed longer than 72 hours in one go.
I'm afraid this is a situation most people think about everything except having sex.

Astronauts have cameras watching them 24/7. Whatever may be on their minds they control until they're back on Planet Earth.

They probably eat chemical laced foods with salt peter ( potassium nitrate)to curb their urge for sex. Also all the astronauts are old so their sex drive would be lower to begin with.
But I would say yes it is a real possibility and yes I`m sure that both have happened up there.

Did you mean "astronauts" ?
Astronauts are fully aware of their priorities, especially when they are in a mission. For such personal details you should ask one of them...all the other opinions would be and are mere speculations.
