Guys, I really am desperate here.

I opened my computer this morning to find my entire language, basic language (text) to be some kind of giberrish, I tried chaning my text language, and I Mean, there is only "System" and some other werid one.
When I should have all kinds of them, to modify my computer's appearance, you know, in Control Panel.

I need help, it was fine last night, I closed it, opened it now, and it screwed up.

Thanks a lot!

I have an XP, Intel Core Duo around 2 GHZ, and I did do a virus scan, adware, and cleaned out my comp yesterday.

-Try rebooting. That would be your best bet.
I've fixed my comp before in a lot of situations.

-Try another anti-virus program because sometimes they don't pick up on viruses that others do.

-Try copying fonts from a correct computer (I could send you mine if you'd like, and would trust me enough.)

-If all else fails, you'll probably have to wipe your computer and reinstall windows
BUT that's not always a bad thing! You will have a lot of space and your computer will run faster!

Hope this helped

do not attempt replacing the BIOS settings coz it is going to easily make it worst, plus no matter if it is on 640x480 the colors of your exhibit are all light... I propose no longer in genuine hues (256 hues mode) 2 belongings you need to do. a million) good click on the computer click houses - settings- then there is this function exhibit section drag it till it is going to 1024x768. or 2) re-installation your video driver

The simplest solution is to use system restore and go back a day.

Try rebooting. If that doesn't fix it, try copying the fonts folder (C:\WINDOWS\FONTS most likely) from another machine running the same version of Windows, do not overwrite files the first time; reboot; if it hasn't been fixed, repeat, overwriting; reboot.
