Nope. You should buy him a rolex and then get him to say "Can I have a cookie?" in a very childlike and carefree voice. Then in a nice voice till you get to "backhand" when you get there say it in a evil tone. So all in all this is the scene Dad: "Can I have a cookie???" You: "No, you can have a backhand!" Then back hand him. It will be awesome and I`ll laugh my *** off!

No its not your fault, no matter what age. YOu step mother is a jerk. You are in no way to blame. Drop your step mum, do not have any relationship with her, sounds like a uncaring unsympathetic idiot. Also seek help, rape can cause psychological problems.
