Labor costs by mechanics are pretty cheap to install this part. Does that mean it's easy to install? Where are these located and what tools do I need? And do you recommend that I try to tackle this myself or just take it to a garage.? Keep in mind that thanks to GB I am poor right now so if it's not hard I want to install these myself.

This is a pretty easy task to do yourself. It's basically just unbolting the old links and bolting the new ones in.

Buddy, take it to a garage, if you have to ask if it's easy or not. If you don't know what you are doing, the fact is, you could screw things up royally. You may be capable of this but without the proper tools and know how, you could just end up spending more money to get it done right. Get yourself a repair manual for this specific car, spend $20 bucks and look at the info it provides, get some tools and start doing things, little things. Gradually work up to larger and more complicated projects. That's how I started, we used to go to a junk yard and take the part we needed, pay for it and go home and install it, the reverse of the process.

It's not difficult. If you want to send me an email, I'll send you a PDF of the page from the Haynes manual which tells you how to do it.
