Did you know that Bambi the deer was a boy?
Still, the name is used mainly for girls; but it sounds a bit too much like "Bimbo" to me.

I dont like Bambii but thats just my opinion. It brings to mind rich blonde bimbos who spend the majority of their time talking on cell phones and giggling. You can use it as a middle name, but I dont think it works well as a first name.

I don`t like it. Just think when Bambii will be adult and has her own job it will be weired to tell her boss that her name is Bambii

Well I must say its unique. And I am def. a fan of unique. And its not ugly. but kinda sounds like a name for a stripper, or prostitute. No offence.
And I'd bet she would be teased alot, considering its a Disney movie.
Really its a shame what things ppl can associate with names. cause some would be adorable otherwise.

Bambi is a the stage name of a stripper. No one would ever take a grown woman seriously if her name was Bambi. Please try to invision your daughter as an adult, trying to find a job and make a life for herself as you are naming her.

maybe it can be used as a nickname that close friends and family call her, but i think the child would be teased a lot. not saying its not a cute name, but i personally would not name my child that, as i know how cruel children can be. but that said its up to you what you name your child! but just think about the fact the child will have that name all of its childhood, and school can be a tough place.... good luck!

I think the poor girl will grow up being made fun of, especially as she gets older... It sounds like a nudie dancer's stage name.
