My downstairs nieghbor.( i live in an apartment ) my daughter was crying (she is not even two yet) and she ( my nieghbor who was in her 40's and should have known better) was yelling through the vents " shut-up" and was mocking her. My daughter did not know where the yelling was coming from and this scarred her and made her cry even more.
I ran down those steps as fast asd I could and banged on that door and cussed her till my face turned blue. I almost hit her. I reallly wanted to. I kinda still do. But I was trying to be somewhat mature about things. The landlord kicked Her *** out about a month later so I did not have to deal with her again.
