Actually- I admire Lucy. She was a trendsetter and professional. A true legend of entertainment. A ground breaker in the craft and for woman everywhere.
She worked so hard for so many years, we can see how that could have caused her length of life to be shortened by serious illness, when she finally slowed down a bit.
Ironically, I never liked her humor "antics", yet her dramatic acting was so convincing, you never "knew" WHO Lucy really "was" the character or the woman.
Even the "cheezy" docu-dramas and made for TV movies about her, pale in comparison to the "true" miracle of "I love Lucy". As a mother, woman, actor, producer, innovator, and so many years a dedicated wife breaking the "interracial and intercultural" barrier, that was prior to equal rights laws.
So I guess I do LOVE Lucy, she was a true force of nature.
I love watching "for" their kids on TV, they are both handsome and talented themselves.
