Hi Xavier, nosebleeds are really inconvenient, I used to get them every day and it was embarrassing if you are on the train or in a shop, everyone looks at you! Normally they are not serious especially if your blood pressure is good (which yours is) and you are young, but very rarely it can be a sign of leukemia (cancer of the blood) or a tumour in the nose, so I would strongly recommend that you go to a doctor and get some advice to put your mind at rest. I got my nosebleeds after returning to England from abroad, they lasted for about 5 years on and off, maybe it is England that makes our noses bleed! lol!

Nose bleeds occur for many reasons, but some of the most common ones are: blowing your nose too hard (due to colds and allergies), dry air, and weakness in the blood vessels in the nostrils. Hopefully one can discount the other resasons such as use of steroid sprays that may cause nosebleeds and serious disease such as cancer.
It is not uncommon to have them when you have been living in a humid tropical climate for prolonged spells. Your skin becomes unused to the drier air in the temperate zones and it takes only some hard nose-blowing to burst some capillaries in the nose. You can get them cautherized by an ENT surgeon. A dab of silver salts solution and you are done in 5 mins. You could try smearing some vaseline or moisturiser but better to get it done.

I used to get frequent nosebleeds some 15 years ago for no particular reason. I went to the doctor and he diagnosed 'nasal papilloma' which are warts in the nose - apparently quite common. I had a little operation and have had no trouble since.

The blood pressure may be high or the capillaries may be brittle. Try homeopathy. If you want, I can refer you to a good doctor in England. I am in India and don't do teleconsultations.

depending on your age, nosebleeds can be a sign of high blood pressure. you should probably get checked by a doctor, just to be sure it isn't something serious.

Go to the doctor and get a blood test to make sure there isn't an under lying problem

Well it could be (I'm nto saying I'm positive this happened to my sister) That the change in humidity has affected your nose you could try drinking more water and if that helps you're good (although seeing a doctor would be best just to make sure:P)
