Trying to decide between potential rentals.... what do you think?

Are you looking to use a pool or yard more often. If you will be having people over alot then go with a larger home with yard, that way your guests have theoption to be outdoors or in and not feel cramped. If you're a loner, then go with a smaller house.

i think that you should go with the larger house iwth the bigger back yard vs. the smaller house with a pool. theres more room to run around and have fun in .. and theres lots of pools everywhere.
