You need to consider a few things first.
Are you afraid of what is causing this?
Is it painful?
Does it affect urinary process?
Does it cause embarrassment?
If you answer yes to any of these questions, there is a need for you to consult a doctor and let him or her, yes women doctors are able to treat this just the same as men, and explain how you feel about the condition.
First of all, it is not dangerous. It is not life threatening, but it could cause you some problems psychologically if you don't talk to a qualified practitioner and probably be referred on to a counselor or a urologist, whichever your doctor decides is best, or, in fact, may be able to deal with it between the two of you.
The important thing to bear in mind is that this is not uncommon and doctors are not going to scream and drop dead when they see it. They have seen it all before and they will respect your feelings and treat you with the dignity due to you as their patient and a fellow human being.
So please, don't leave it any longer than necessary. Consult a professional person for a way to peace of mind and believe me, after talking to your doctor you are going to feel so much better about this. I hope it goes well for you.

It is not unusual for ones penis to be bent to the left, right, or tilt back to their stomach. It is perfectly OK as long as it does not prevent you from doing anything that it needs to do.
