A rose.
Beautiful to look at.
Sweet aroma.
Delicate yet strong in the proper environment.
But on the other side, it has thorns that you can't always seem to avoid.
Some have more thorns than others.
Some are sweeter than others.
But they all need patience, perseverance and a bit of nurturing to grow and flourish.
