Bush and his creation of the homeland security bureau, has taken away more of our constitutional rights than anything else has ever done! Wiretapping of anyone and anything, and holding people for months or even years at a time with no trials! There is still no security at any of our ports, but try to fly any place in this country, and its a nightmare of security, starting with having to arrive two hours before your flight is even scheduled to take off! So to recap! Liberty is still somewhat apparent! Privacy is a joke! Somewhere someone even as I type this is monitoring it! But thank God dissent is still around, or I couldn't ***** about it! That is Freedom!

I think that greatest threat to freedom is when we forget the ideas of your founding Fathers(Washington, Adams, Jefferson) .
We should put God first in your lives and nation, family and etc. But so many people in this country forget that idea. Freedom is gift from God and a gift can be taken away if it is not taken care for correctly.

We are not about to throw out the Constitution or The Bill of Rights. It has not been suggested. Homeland Security and the FBI are deeply concerned about terrorism and are tiptoeing around them. They are called in it time and again. Not going to happen.

It's not so much the government as it's the paranoia of George Bush who doesn't seem to be aware of the Constitution.
