Are you trying to say that you want to sue your employer for hiring you?
He can get in trouble for it and he can be fined for it, but YOU won’t get a dime.
Why don’t you try handling this like a responsible young adult and get a work permit instead of just being a greedy kid who wants money that he's not due?

You can't; you can report your employer to the Labor Board and they would fine your employer and collect the fine, and you, as an illegal underage employee, would be terminated.
