i just got over my period and im still cramping really bad i normally dont cramp with my period i have been feeling sick but im not really throwing up dont know whats wrong

when i cramp it comes and goes but im not bleeding plus i been really hungry lately and keep craving icecream the last time i had sex it was tender that felt really weird please help me figure this out

was my bleeding even a period

A few questions for you to consider.
1. Is the pain on one side only?
2. Is the pain constant, or does it come and go?
3. Was the flow of your period less than usual or more?

There can be several problems that are causing you these difficulties. You could have an ovarian cyst. This is very painful, you would still get your period. An ovarian cyst happens when an egg is trying to get out of the ovary but it cannot and can cause excruciating pain. The pain is usually on one side but can cause pain all over the abdomen. You do need to see a doctor. sometimes the cyst will rupture on its own, but that too is unpleasant.

You could also have what is called a tubal pregnancy. This is where the fertilized egg does not make it to the inside part of the uterus, but embeds itself in the tubes wall. As the egg grows it causes sever pain because there is only so much room in the tube. You can bleed and have cramps with a tubal pregnancy.

Do you have only one sexual partner? Are you his only partner? If you or he have more than one partner you could have a sexually transmitted disease. Are you having any discharge from you vagina? Does it smell really bad like rotten fish? Or is just a white frothy type discharge? Both can be cause by a bacteria transmitted through sex. If you have these symptoms both you and your partner need to be treated with antibiotics.

All of these condition need to be attended to by a nurse practitioner or a physcian. STD are easily treated, an ultrasound will determin if you have an ovarion cyst or a tubal preganancy.

The easiest way to start is to go and buy a pregnancy kit and find out if you are pregnant.
