I do not think he willl be traded instead he wil be released like Danute Culpepper requested. A few places how could go to is the Baltimore Ravens, Cleveland Browns, Detroit Lions, Chicago Bears, or the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. I could see the Cleveland Browns signing Culpepper to play the early part of the season. But I think it is very unlikely because he will cost too much money and I do not think they even need him. The Chicago Bear need a solid quarterback. But I do not think that they will sign Culepper. Rex will have a more consistent year and lead Chicago to another division title. Tampa Bay have already made to many attempts in the off-season to get quarterbacks. With Jeff Garcia, and Jake Plummer (who probably will not play). There is no doubt Garcia is that teams quarterback. So it will come down to the Detroit Lions and the Baltimore Ravens. The Lions will sign him. It will come down who will want him more. The Ravens are happy with McNair and the Lions need a quarterback. With a quarterback that can throw a deep ball I can see the Lions contending for a .500 record

Vikings, absolutely no way. I want him 12,500 miles away from the Metro Dome at all times.
Its not even a possibility. When Childress was the coach, he dropped Culpepper right away because of his attitude. Plus, Culpepper has been injured for the past 2 years, and Minnesota should give T-Jack a chance to show his skills.
Culpepper was good in his prime at Minnesota, now I think he is slowly fading to an all time back up.

The two team that could use a guy like Dante Culpepper are the Washington Redskins and, ironically, the Minnesota Vikings.

he came back too soon last year off that horrific knee injury. he could come back and b a good QB again but hes gonna have to b a different QB then before. he cant get out of the pocket and run that much. hes gonna have to learn how to read defenses better and get rid of the ball faster. he still has a big arm and if he takes the time to fully rehab that injury he could come back but that wont be this year. if mcgahee could do it i think culpepper can also

I am Raiders fan, Dante wouldn't be a good fit, he needs a deep threat, and either a good running back or a good TE, look at MN and when they won, they had at least 2 of the 3, when they lost they lost because they didn't have a running game and when the TE were below par. (I lived in MN, had to watch it every week)
I live in South Ga, and Jax say they want him, they have a running game, and tall fast RE, I just cant think of a TE, he would be 3rd, but Tice is there, so it could work.
But I think Atlanta should pick him up, neither of the 2 they pick up is gonna fit in, Vick might not be able to play, and I don't think Shockley will get a chance.

Carolina Panthers....Uhhh If we didn't have David Carr right now, I'd say sure, lets sign him to a tiny contract to back up Jake Delhomme..because as "middle class" as Delhomme is...he's durable...Culpepper might not be. So no, I wouldn't watch Culpepper as things stand right now....If I'm not mistaken..Carolina was the team that first injured his knee in the first place...Just saying...

Nobody wants him. He was a good quarterback in his day, but now he's injured, old, and immobile. His signature pass is to the other team. He doesn't scramble and he freaks out when he sees pressure. I'm a Miami fan, and I knew as soon as we got him that it was a mistake. Not to take anything away from him because he had a good career, but his time is done. He is no longer an asset or outstanding player. Maybe he should go to Green Bay- him and Brett Favre could push their walkers out onto the field together..... haha

No. I think Daunte Culpepper is finished as a legitimate starting QB in this league. In the past, his elusiveness made him dangeous when combined with his size. Now (with his ability to move well hampered) he is just an over-sized target for defenses with questionable judgement on his downfield throws.

Im a Carolina fan, and the answer would definitely be no for our team.. We just got rid of another whiny, no talent has been in Chris Weinke. Why would we dare think of hiring another? I think he is washed up, and at best, might pull backup on second or third string somewhere like Detroit or Baltimore. His antics in Miami have also shown him for who and what he truly is.
Hope this helps...
