I can tell the time within 5 or 10 minutes of the real time even without wearing a watch (I did that as part of an experiment in awareness for a few months). Our bodies have their own clocks.
People have used sundials and hour glasses much before mechanical clocks came into existence.
If you meant the question in another sense or as a rhetoric, I have right now no answer.

Time is lost because of the time spent on answering such questions. so the best thing to do is to tell time by looking at the bottom right of the screen. it's 9:45 am here :P
