Change the time when you get a new pack.

With regards to preventing pregnancy, taking it at the same time is important, as the more you are off your time the less effective it becomes.

If you are taking it merely to regulate your period for now, then no problem with changing the time.

Yes, you can absolutely change the time you take it...I did that tons of times! But it is pretty important to take the pill around the same time everyday but if you take it at 9am one day and 9:45 the next day and 9:30 the next...etc...it won't hurt.
Also, if possible, change the time you take the pill when you start a new pack of pills or during the time you are taking the "sugar pills"(week 4, during your period).

I would change the time when you start a new pack.
When I was younger I always messed up on the time
and I got pregnant.
Now I use "Mirena" IUD. It's good for 5 years
you don't have to take anything.

it is important to take it at the same time, you can switch the time but i would use other protection for the first cycle at the new time
