i play baseball and softball... its been 4 months so far .

There's no way to rush going back to sports after such Surgery. You're going to have to be extremely patient. Ask your surgeon how long they think you will need to recover before you can play sports or If you can play baseball or softball Again. Many athletes have retired because of shoulder injuries.
