Eat as much chicken noodle soup as you can, even if you just drink the broth...
Even if you have to throw up...
Always lie on your back or sides... never your stomach, it helps with digestion...
and then take a long warm bath... and put half your head under, almost as if you were floating in a pool... were your mouth and nose are the only things in air... and just stay that way for a while... the hot water helps breathing, loosens muscles, and also will help you sleep better, and more relaxed that night....

Take Dimetapp during the day. Drink lots of water. Have lots of tissue around. Then at night take Nyquil?

I load up on Vitamin C pills, drink lots of water, and take Walgreens brand Nyquil stuff at night.

-eat oranges or take vitamin c
-put vapor rub on neck, chest and back before bed
-drink hot tea, any flavour
-take hot bath or shower and dress warmly head to foot before going to bed
