I have a freshwater tank and I just have a angelfish and 5 tetras. Also, I only have a 10 gallon tank so I know I can not put to much more in it! Oh also I have those albino bottom feeders (forgot the name). So I know I can add a few more fish but what fish can mix with mine and live happily? Thank you

I forget which tetras I have their orange and yes they mix with what I have I asked. I got 5 since they work better that way and I got 2 albino things since they work better as a pair too.

I would stick with more tetras. Angelfish can sometimes not inteact well with others and if you have one that does so already you may be lucky. There are plenty of georgeous tetras out there to make your tank beautiful and keep it hassle free. Also, you could look into a placostimus, which are very docile, and eat tons of algea and keep the tank clean. I have a similar setup to you and I have an albino rainbow shark and a rainbow shark, the rainbow scares the the hell out of the albino since they both like the bottom dark coves, so one of those should work fine, but two can be a problem. Neither of them mess with the other fish, just with each other.

Angelfish may be small when you see them in the store, but realize they grow into adults that are 6-7 inches tall. They won't be able to stay in a 10 gallon tank. You would need something along a 30 gallon to keep a pair, and their territorial, especially if they lay eggs. They will also eat fish the size of neon tetras as they get older.

The albino fish are probably corydoras, which should be in a group of around 3-4. You don't say what type of tetras yu have, so this could range from 1" neons to 3" species. Since tetras do better in larger groups, you may just want an additional one or two of these.

Mantra has some great suggestions for tank mates. The only thing I need to add is this: Your 10 gallon aquarium is *already* overloaded. All of those fish will grow(especially the angel) and the zippy pack of tetras will drive the angel nuts! Getting a larger aquarium is the best solution but if that isn't possible please don't try to cram anymore fish into your 10G.

Here are some Angelfish tankmates and Compatibility:
Potential tank mates include glass catfish, festivum cichlids, kribensis, clown loaches, large tetras, danios, rainbowfish, catfish, platies, and gouramis. Fast-moving, nippy fish such as Tiger barbs, other large barbs and Blackskirt tetras are not recomended as tankmates. Neon Tetras are natural prey, they will get eaten.

Angelfish Species: Key Points:

A single angelfish can grow up to 6 inches in body diameter and needs a larger tank than most other fish of equal length.
These fish are great for Hex tanks because the like to swim up and down. Sometimes two female Angels spawn without a male. Angelfish prefer a densely planted tank. Recommend in groups of 6 or more. The young are peaceful but they become territorial as they mature and settle into breeding pairs. A Special treat is mosquito larvae.

Some dont's: Do not put Tiger Barbs and Angelfish together, they do not and never will get along. The tigers will nip them all day long. Do not combine angelfish with neon tetras. The tetras are a natural prey species of the angels.

are they albino corys? i would add one or two more -- they like being in groups. add another tetra or two too.

if you think you need more variety try a new plant or decoration. your fish load is really close to being maximum but there are lots of other things you can do with the tank.

In one of my communtiy tanks I have three anglefish, two albino rainbow sharks, two rainbow sharks, one bali shark and one alge eater. The angelfish only mess with each other and none of the other fish mess with the angelfish.
